Coaches,
All of the insurance applications and 2009 USSSA team registrations were submitted on 2/18/09, for those teams that I have received the deposit payments for. There are still 5 of the 60 teams in the spring league that have not submitted their deposits and registration paperwork but I didn’t want to hold up the USSSA team registrations and insurance for those of you who did meet the deadline. Anyone submitting their registration and deposit after this date (2/18/09) will be required to pay the non discounted league rates.

The following Spring 2009 teams stated they have already secured the USSSA insurance prior to the Feb 15th deposit deadline. Subsequently their league fees have been reduced the appropriate amount. It is a condition of participation that each team bind the USSSA insurance and provide certificates of additional insurance for each of the facilities listed above.
