USSSA Tournament Entry Instructions –

 

1.       Go to www.usssa.com and select the baseball link on the bar below the multi-sport picture.

2.      On the bar below the USSSA logo select the “Log in / Log out” link

3.      On the USSSA Login page –

a.       Enter your Manager / User Id in the User Id box

b.      Enter you Password in the Password box

                                                              i.      If you don’t have your User Id and Password email me – and I’ll send it to you.

c.       Select enter

4.      On the ISTS Menu – Team Manager page

a.       Select the team you are wanting to enter into the event and

b.      Select the “Find a Tournament/League” button then hit “Submit”

5.      On the “Find an Event” page –

a.       Highlight the level of tournament your team wants to participate in the “Sport & Class” section

b.      Highlight the state you want to compete in from the “State” section.

c.       Highlight the type of tournament you are looking for or leave “All” selected in the “Stature” section.

d.      Select the range of dates that the event is being held or leave blank to search the entire year applicable then hit the “Submit” button.

6.      On the USSSA Events Selection Page you will see all the events that meet your search criteria along with a two links on the left hand side that allow you to “Enter Pay Now” or “Enter Pay Director”. 

a.       Select the option that you want to use – note – using the “Enter Pay Now” option will add $15.00 to the cost of the entry fee.

b.      If you select the “Enter Pay Director” option you will be allowed to pay when you arrive at the event but if you decide to withdraw from the tournament you must do so before the entry deadline has passed.  If you withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline you will still be responsible for the total entry fee before you play in another USSSA event.

7.      On the Event Entry page  -

a.       You will be required re-enter your Login Password and

b.      Select you payment preference.  If your preference is not listed as an option, proceed with the closest option and send the TD an email confirming your requested payment option.

c.       Hit the “Submit” button

8.      Roster submission

a.       Go back to the ISTS Menu – Team Manager page

b.      Select the “Roster Add and Updates” button and hit submit

c.       On the USSSA Roster Manager Affidavit page – read and click the “I Agree” link

d.      Review the information for each of your players for accuracy and add/delete any players that you need to.

e.       Make sure your on line roster is current and up to date no later than 3pm the Friday before the tournament

9.      If you’re an out of town team (Outside of Abq / Rio Rancho) you must contact your local USSSA Area Director and have him/her send a confirmation email allowing your team to participate in the event.

10.  That’s it – you’re in!
