Below are the minutes from the August 6th Fall AAD/USSSA Baseball League.
A handout was given to the coaches to illustrate the number of teams (at the time of the meeting) in the fall league and the outstanding fees that were still uncollected. It showed that of the ~50 teams (at that time) only 8 teams had submitted all the fees due for the fall league. After the check-in, at the meeting, there are still 20 teams that still have outstanding balances. In light of that it was agreed that we back the start of the fall league up one week to August 23rd.
It was also agreed that August 13th – 7pm would be the deadline for submitting all balances for each team. Any team that hasn't submitted their entire league balance by that date will be refunded the unused portion of their deposit and removed from the fall league.
After I cleaned up a couple of entries and deleted a couple of teams that I can't wait on, here are the teams for the fall league:

The only team that I have not confirmed is the 11u Warriors.
The new dates for the fall league are:
August 23rd

Sept. 20th
Sept. 27th
Oct. 4th
Oct. 11th
Oct. 18th
Oct. 25th
Make up date – Nov. 1st
With 5 confirmed teams in the 10u (one more pending) it was agreed that the 10u season would be shortened to 12 league games and include each team in either the Labor Day or Veteran’s day tournament to still give each team 16 games.
The 12u division will rank all teams in the league and then divide the teams into 3 pools of play. Those pools would play 4 weeks with the results of the 1st three weeks used to determine which teams move up a pool and which teams move down. The games in the 12u division will be played at RRSC and WGLL
The 14u division will have the 13u teams play the other 13u teams for the first 4 weeks and the 14u teams play the other 14u teams for the 1st 4 weeks and then the better 13u teams will move up to play the better 14u teams and visa versa. The games for the 14u division will be played at RRSC, PLL and WGLL
The HS division (15u-18u) will have the 15u and 16u teams will play each other for the 1st 4 weeks and the 17u and 18u teams will play each other for the 1st 4 weeks and then the better 15/16u teams will move up and the weaker 17u/18u teams will move down. The games in the HS division will be played at RRHS, MHS
The foundation of the league rules will be the NHSF rule book.
Bat restrictions –
10u – none
12u – none
13u – minus 10
14u – minus 3
HS – minus 3
Run Rules – 15 after 3, 12 after 4, 10 after 5
No DH but as many EH’s as desired. If a team uses multiple EH’s and a player is ejected and the team doesn’t have a substitute, that team will forfeit the game. If a team uses multiple EH’s and a player leaves the game (other than an ejection) that team will take an out in the order for that offensive position.
Teams may bat their entire line up if they choose to or any number of players conforming to the minimum requirements.

August 13th – Balance of Fall league fees due
August 13th – League schedule requests due
August 17th – Check your email for 1st weeks game time
August 22nd – Coaches check in at the ABA – 11am – 2pm

If you would like to have a spot in the Labor Day tournament please reply to this email letting me know that your planning on attending. This will aid in recruiting other teams and draw interest from teams from outside the area.
