We would appreciate only ONE response from the manager of each team for each game. This is so we can, in real time, get consistent feedback from the coaches with a goal of better serving the teams and improving your program. Please take the time to enter any input you might have regarding each game weekly. If you choose to submit your evaluation anonymously you can do so but we won't be able to follow up with you on the outcome.  Your participation is appreciated!
